The superhighway administrative office of Dalian, according

18th, December 2000, Dalian the ”“ The approval of changing
Dalian Da-Zhuang Ltd. company to project unit ”µ ( Dalian
Goverment No.106),established on 31 October in 2001.The
Editing Committee promulgates the document of”“The inform
of checking Dalian superhighway administrative office inside

No.44) . The main function is to implement the management
of highway by law, fixing and protecting, charging and returning
the loan .Implement the charge management of the Da-Zhuang
highway( 11 toll-stations) and South Lvshun highway(1 managed
station) , the Da-Zhuang highway protects,the jobs of the
road policies and road produces management and engineering
developments etc. , The Highway Station is a self-running
project unit belonging to Dalian Transportation Seaport
Bureau .Sets up the system as Dept. Class , assessing 350
numbers:( There are 37 of an Dept. organization,313 of subordinate
station )An Dept.organization compile five sections: office,
charge finance section, checking section, road-manage section,
and the engineering protects section.
